The Swimming competition ended yesterday at the 90 Days Legacy Swimming pool in Lusaka with South Africa emerging as overall winners with at total of 57 medals from individual and relay events.
South Africa who dominated from the first day of the event reaped 32 gold medals, 23 silver and two bronze medals.
In second position was Namibia who finished with six silver medals and 16 bronze while Zimbabwe and Botswana collected 10 and five medals respectively.
Zimbabwe won three silver and seven bronze while Botswana collected five bronze medals.

Hosts Zambia were placed at the bottom of the table with two bronze medals won by Ralph Goveia and Talka Paljk.
